ZKTecos' KR503H proximity card reader is ideal for any access control scenario where you are limited to a narrow mounting surface where a standard proximity card reader would be too large and bulky. This particular model can be mounted on flat surfaces or on single-gang wall boxes. When it comes to compatibility, the KR503H has a built-in Wiegand-Out port which can be connected to almost any access control panel (including ZKAccess C3 and InBio door controllers).

Proximity Card Reader This proximity card reader is capable of reading both HID and ZKAccess 125 kHz 26-bit proximity cards. Wiegand-Out Port This reader's built-in Wiegand-Out port allows the reader to be used with most Access Control systems, including ZKAccess C3 and InBio door controllers. Single Gang Wall Box Mount You have a couple of options when it comes to mounting surfaces.

You can mount this on a flat surface, such as a wall. But you can also mount this directly to a single gang wall box. IP67 Weatherproof Rating This card reader has an Ingress Protection (IP) rating of 67.

This means the proximity reader is completely protected from dust and other solid particles. It can also withstand being submerged in 3 feet of water for up to 30 minutes. Rest assured that when you install your reader outside, it will have no problem withstanding the elements.
